Mr. Jahn is Managing Director of R&R Venture Partners, an early stage Venture Capital fund within the RSL Management Family Office. The fund specializes in media and technology investments primarily in New York and Israel and has made 25 investments to date.
Before assuming his current role, Mr. Jahn served for 5 years as CFO of the Neue Galerie New York, a museum of Austrian and German Expressionist art in New York. As CFO, Max was responsible for all financial operations, including budgets, insurance, inventory and in addition oversaw HR and IT.
Mr. Jahn holds an MBA degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he graduated in 2011. During his time at Sloan, Mr. Jahn focused on Finance and Entrepreneurship and was a Teaching Assistant for the “Communication for Leaders” class. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Vienna where he obtained a Masters of Law degree. Mr. Jahn also graduated with a Masters in Business degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
Mr. Jahn is an avid runner, enjoys contemporary literature and taking groups to Vienna during ball season to connect New York and Vienna culturally and otherwise.
