Suzy was a reporter and TV anchor on Bloomberg Television who covered the rise of the NASDAQ and the tech boom. In 2001 became an anchor of a two-hour daily program on the financial markets that covered domestic and global economics, debt and equity capital markets, commodities and foreign exchange. As anchor, she conducted thousands of interviews with major figures in the world of finance from CEOs, traders, treasury secretaries, cabinet members, foreign politicians, asset managers and economists. She also has served as a Financial Consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank and The World Bank after being a Foreign Exchange Trader at the American Security Bank in Washington D.C. Suzy is fluent in French, Spanish, Arabic and English and has a working knowledge of Italian. She serves as a Trustee of the Miami City Ballet and of the Middle East Centre, St. Antony’s College, Oxford University. She is a Senior Member of St. Antony’s College, Oxford University and was Vice-Chair of Hands Along the Nile. She is also active in the Founding Arts Network in Miami and has served as host for PEN America’s Author’s Evenings while also serving as the Annual New York Gala Co-Chair for the American University in Cairo. She now lives in Miami with her husband and two children.
